1. Attendance

• Free Pass holders receive access to live sessions during the summit only. Replay access is not included.

• VIP Pass holders receive lifetime access to summit replays and additional resources as outlined on the sales page.

• Access links are for individual use only and must not be shared or resold.

2. Refunds & Payments

• All payments for VIP Passes, Mentor Circle, or sponsorship packages are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is collected securely through our chosen payment processor.

3. Intellectual Property

• All summit sessions, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of Bertieverse Ltd and/or the respective speaker or sponsor.

• You may not copy, distribute, sell, or publicly share summit content without prior written permission.

• Resources provided in the VIP Resource Library may include PLR (Private Label Rights) materials. Where applicable, you may edit, rebrand, and use these for your own business, but resale of the original unedited files is prohibited.

4. Speakers

• Speaker contributions are their own intellectual property. Views expressed are those of the speaker and do not necessarily reflect the views of Bertieverse Ltd.

• By participating, speakers grant Bertieverse Ltd the right to record, distribute, and use their sessions and materials within the summit and related promotions.

5. Sponsors

• Sponsor packages are delivered as outlined in the sponsor prospectus.

• Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate information, copy, and resources by the agreed deadlines.

• Leads are shared only from attendees who have opted in for sponsor communications (GDPR-compliant).

6. Conduct

• We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour during live sessions or in community spaces.

• Attendees who breach this may be removed from the summit without refund.

7. Liability

• The summit provides educational content only. No guarantees of specific business results are made.

• Bertieverse Ltd is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from use of summit content.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bertieverse Ltd excludes liability for any loss, damage, or disruption incurred as a result of attending the summit.

8. Data & Privacy

• We comply with UK GDPR.

• By registering, you agree to receive emails related to the summit.

• You may unsubscribe at any time.

• Attendees may optionally consent to receive sponsor communications; only those who opt in will have their details shared with sponsors.

9. Changes & Cancellations

• Bertieverse Ltd reserves the right to update the schedule, replace speakers, or modify the event structure if necessary.

• In the unlikely event the summit is cancelled, attendees will be offered access to equivalent digital resources or a refund (where required by law).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
